Look around. The Bible says that God speaks to us in everything. These are some of my own observations...

Pro-choice

Are you pro-choice? I am but not in the way you may be thinking. I like this statement; "everyday I make the choice to live like a Christian". Wow. It's so simple. By the way, not my words. Can it really be up to me? Can it really be up to a simple decision? Yes. God didn't make robots. He made human beings with a will to choose. I won't claim to know how it works; it just does. God loved his creation so much he gave it the freedom to choose to live for him or for itself. Tomorrow, when I get up in the morning, I must make a new decision; do I choose this day to serve God or serve myself? Do I seek to make choices that benefit me or the Kingdom of God? Do I live for myself or for others? The sad thing is, so many people don't realize that they have that choice. Each day is lived for "self"; for selfish pleasure (if it feels right it must be right); or for selfish gain. In the end, it amounts to wood, hay and straw burning up.

So, my question is, who do you live for? Did you realize that you really do have the choice to choose whether you will serve God or selfish pleasure? In the end, it's not about us; it's about Him, that's it.

There is a choice. "But if serving the LORD seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve... But as for me and my household, we will serve the LORD."- Joshua 24:15

I'm pro-choice. And today I make the choice to live my life out loud for Jesus.
